The institute was founded by Dr. Michal Kremer-Asaf and operates in partnership with experienced professionals in the field. The institute's expertise is developing and leading Cultural Competency for organizations such as: High-Tech companies, security forces, Ministry of Education and other large scale enterprises
THE RATIONAL
Many businesses and institutional organizations are a meeting point between different population groups with different cultures, including characteristics such as language, customs, norms, foods, behavioral codes, sense of humor, etc.
The intercultural encounter that takes place in these organizations entails managerial challenges in diversity management, both within the organization - between its various population groups, and also between the organization and its customers and partners. These challenges lead to the creation of an intercultural gaps that strengthen barriers, empower stigmas, and create distance in communications.
OUR VISION
We believe that all employees in multicultural organizations have the potential to make unique contributions to their enterprise and that it is managers' responsibility to promote employees viewpoint in order to gain such benefits.
