High-Tech and Business Companies

In training a group of leaders held by the MABAT Institute for a leading international hi-tech company, the organizational cultural competency approach was implemented in 3 different study groups.  Training was according to the MABAT 2020 model. In addition, a graph measuring cultural competency was introduced, which reflected various levels of measurement according to participants' feedback. The results were amazing: 87% of participants responded that their levels of attentiveness and openness in collaborations with other work groups in their organization, even those who appeared to be remote, improved miraculously. Participants reported they had advanced and some had even successfully completed projects requiring cooperation and a better 'flow' between themselves and various parts of the organization. When seeing what is happening with managers who started MABAT 2020 training, when looking at the pictures emerging and reading the feedback, there is a strong sense that we are going in the right direction.
